Terms of Service

By accessing or using Riptide (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding agreement.

Riptide is a post-match VALORANT analytics and self-improvement tool. It computes derived statistics, a composite performance rating, playstyle archetypes, and AI-assisted coaching from VALORANT match data. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes and may change or be discontinued at any time.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Access may currently be invite-only; we may approve, decline, suspend, or remove accounts at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or circumvent its access controls or rate limits;
• misuse the Service to harass others or to harm the health of VALORANT or its matchmaking;
• resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit raw data obtained through the Service;
• use the Service in violation of Riot Games' policies or any applicable law.

Riptide isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. VALORANT match data is owned by Riot Games and surfaced under Riot's developer policies; Riptide's derived analytics and the composite Impact index are our own transformative work and are not an official rank, MMR/ELO estimate, or prediction.

Riptide offers a permanent free tier plus optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional transformative analytics and AI coaching. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor; you can cancel at any time, and access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that analytics are error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Insights are guidance, not guarantees of in-game results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riptide and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service.

We may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The “last updated” date reflects the current version.
